Current Actions (2002-2003):

• club rating systems
• assess inventory/club rating system
• inventory of programs, facilities, etc.
• develop an action plan

Future Actions (strategy for 2002-2004):

• develop evaluations/measurements for a club rating system (identify 5 ‘types’ of clubs)
• develop a template for clubs to switch/move from one type to another
• assist in identification of pool facilities as ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’…
• assist in starting new clubs where none exist (expand market)
• develop, evaluate, communicate marketing and fundraising opportunities to maximize funding potential
