DATES & LOCATION
The 2011 Annual General Meeting will be held in Ottawa, Ontario, at the Delta City Centre, Ottawa, 101 Lyon Street, from Thursday November 24th to Friday November 25th.

Two board of directors positions (each two year terms) will be determined at the AGM.

FUNDED DELEGATES
Diving Canada will cover the cost of travel, accommodation (except incidentals) and meals for the following delegates:

  • DPC board of directors
  • One voting representative from each province
  • Athletes executive
  • Coaches executive
  • Officials executive
  • FINA representatives

TRAVEL

All funded members are to book their travel either on their own and submit an Expense Report , or via Jordanna at Diving Canada. All travel must be in line with Diving Canada's Official Travel Policy.

We recommend that your departure be no earlier than two hours after the close of the Annual General Meeting on Friday, November 25th.

ACCOMMODATION

For all delegates, DPC will make reservations and rooming lists directly with the hotel based on the information provided on the registration forms.

For funded delegates, it is Diving Canada policy to have two delegates per room. Please indicate your preferred roommate on the attached registration form. Preferences will be considered but cannot be guarenteed.

Our block of rooms is for standard rooms.

Check in time: 3:00pm - Check out time: 12:00pm

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Airport pick-ups are being organized by Diving Plongeon Canada. Please make sure that all your travel information is finalized and submitted to Diving Canada by Tuesday November 1st, 2011 (5pm EST)

REGISTRATION FORM
Please submit your completed registration form electronically to Jordanna Ostrega (jordanna@diving.ca). All funded and non-funded delegates are required to send the registration forms no later thanNovember 1st.
