Martha, now trains in Sydney, Australia where she is also studying law. The Edmonton native wanted to become a ballerina when she was younger but a diving coach noticed her and encouraged her to try the sport.

Martha has enjoyed a successful diving career and recently she finished 5th at the 2005 Chinese Grand Prix. The 2005 World Championships proved to be Martha’s most successful moment when she finished 7th in the 3M synchro event and 10th on 1M. One of Martha’s most memorable diving memory is when she received her first national team swimsuit.
