The 2010 season started with a great deal of success. Marc won two silver medals at the CAMO Invitational in Montreal - including an unexpected one in the senior 10 meter tower event. This accomplishment was indicative of what lay ahead as Marc Sabourin-Germain showed flashes of brilliance throughout the entire season. A 4th place finish at the Winter National Senior Championships secured him a spot on the Canadian team set to compete in Russia on the FINA Grand Prix. This was his first Grand Prix competition, and he followed it up with his second appearance on the Grand Prix at the 2010 Canada Cup in Montreal. Marc maintained his excellent level of diving and concluded the domestic season with a silver medal on the 10 meter tower at the Junior National Championships. For his efforts, Marc was named to Canadian team competing at the FINA World Junior Championships taking place in Tucson, Arizona, U.S.A. Marc also was the only male diver in Canada to qualify for the first edition of the 2010 Youth Olympic Games to be held in Singapore.

Marc had a very strong showing at the 2011 Speedo Junior National Championships in Quebec as he won medals on all three individual events, gold on 3-metre and silver on 1-metre and 10-metre.

At the Pan American Junior Championships, Marc won bronze on 3-metre synchro.
